Last Minute Rates

If you are booking at short notice, you can benefit from extremely low last minute rates. “Last minute” is usually defined as being less than one month before your travel date.

Some may find these rates still on the expensive side, however, there are significant reductions given.

Although your accommodation rates will be reduced, the price for your light aircraft charter flights will remain the same.

If you are prepared to arrive in Botswana without any bookings, or book last minute from overseas, and take a chance on availability, then using these last minute rates would be advantageous. However, the lodges in Botswana are extremely popular and get booked up months (even years) in advance – so you would be taking a chance in that you would likely not find availability for your fist choice lodges. If you are flexible or not fussy about where you go then this would be less of an issue.

Certain terms and conditions apply and often vary: You can only book 1 month before your travel date in the low season and 2 weeks before travel in the high season (although different lodges have variations on this policy).
